South Hams Holiday Barn to rent for family or couples
A beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. Cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the nearby beaches.
The space
The Granary has a wood burner and under floor heating for cosy winter evenings. There is a sunny private spot to eat breakfast outside in the morning too.
Interaction with guests
I will be available to offer help should you require it but equally respect your privacy if not.

There is additional accommodation for up to 8 people in Cuttery House adjacent to the Barn.

On Fridays and Saturdays the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Cancellations
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
