Lots of space to enjoy a quiet, peaceful holiday but relatively near the towns and beaches if you want to explore the area. Refurbished to a high standard, you have full use of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area where you can unwind with a cup of tea or coffee at any time. The garden offers some sunny areas to sit and enjoy the sun and there is a BBQ if you should wish to make use of it. Cosy Winter evenings in front of the wood burner with a glass of something are lovely too!!

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.
